> Who is the program for?
For Home Health, any one who is confined to their home and requires a taxing effort to leave their home when following up with their doctor.

> Who pays the cost?
Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance and
Private Pay.


> Who refers the patient? 
Anyone can refer the patient. The doctor, the family, or a friend may initiate the referral. However, for the home health program the doctor must give the order for the visits to begin. They will determine if you have met the qualifications for these particular services.
